Is it possible to live your life Anxiety Free?

Is it possible to live your life Anxiety Free?

Imagine if your fears and anxiety would just start to fade away over the next couple of weeks/months... Imagine what it would feel like to walk through life freely? If you didn’t have to worry about how you are going to deal and cope with your day, leaving the house, your upcoming meetings, people invading your space, or your next anxiety attack?!

What if instead of anxiety running your life, you could actually be in charge and have the ability to control your emotions?

Picture our brains like a hard disc.  Every moment, memory, emotion and trauma that has occurred throughout our lives has been stored and recorded on that hard disc, which is also known as our subcortex. These past memories/ emotions/ trauma have a direct influence on our everyday lives.

What Does That Mean?

It means that every trauma/pain we experience throughout our lives, remains stored in our body and our brain.  In order to protect ourselves from the pain and trauma we have experienced, the memories are being shoved into our subconscious mind, however, within the hard disc (or subcortex) everything remains unchanged. This means that even though we may not have any recollection of the trauma, and may have dissociated from it, the trauma remains dormant and untouched.

There are many different kinds of triggers that can awaken trauma, such as smell, shock, or any kind of emotional reaction, which can be the cause for anxiety, or depression to awaken.

The pain and trauma from our past is what is responsible for your suffering today.  It doesn’t matter whether that trauma expresses itself in anxiety, depression or chronic pain, what matters is the understanding that there is a safe way to clear, heal and transform the trauma and pain stored in your hard disc.

The process of releasing and healing the trauma enables you to shift the control back to you, and regain clarity and that inner compass inside of you.

It all begins with an idea.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
